Plant cells lack centrioles and not all of them have lysosomes.
While lysosomes are common in animal cells and help with waste disposal and cellular digestion, plant cells often contain similar structures called lytic vacuoles. These vacuoles can perform some of the functions of lysosomes, but not all plant cells have them, especially in certain stages of development or types of plants. This is a key distinction in the structure and function of plant versus animal cells.
