If an applicant fails either learner’s permit test three times, he/she must complete the classroom driver education course and retry. If he/she has already completed the classroom driver education course, he/she must:

• wait three months and try again
• wait 30 days and try again
• complete an 8-hour manual course
• re-take the entire 36 class periods of classroom driver education
